She also writes a regular design column named A New View for Maine's very popular local magazine the Switch . Always finding the need to create beautiful, harmonious and peaceful surroundings in her life and her home, she would constantly rearrange furnishings, accentuate rooms with color and create new spaces with character. Friends and family, seeing this natural inclination in her, would call for her advice and direction. After many moves and success in selling her own houses, she and her husband Nathan decided to start their own company in pursuit of a dream. In combining their talents, ingenuity and passions, HomeCharmers was born; and their vision for providing a helpful service to people in transition became a reality.

Nathan McClellan is a professional in the floor-covering industry and has years of experience with installations, cosmetic home repairs, painting & a variety of other creative projects.
