Home Staging Consultation - $95

Up to 2 hours.  $50 applies toward a future staging day.  We sit down with you and discuss a plan.  We will talk about the steps which are key to staging the house properly so that it will shine for prospective buyers. We'll walk through the house with you addressing the details of each room.  Together, we will come up with the best way to show your house; determining what you can live with and what you can live without. At the end you'll receive a Top Ten Priority list, for you to review and use whether or not you opt for other services. This service is also great for quick, no hassle, redesign projects!


Half Day of Staging - $295

Up to 4 hours. This service is for furnished homes up to 2,000 square feet or homes in need of a little "fluffing-up". We come in, roll our sleeves up, and start working right away. We will already have a plan for furniture arrangement that will accentuate the design flow of your home. We'll add accessories to bring in color and emphasize the positive aspects of your home. We then take gorgeous photos for you to use in your marketing plan which will help give you a visual of what may need to be purchased to complete the look.


Full Day of Home Staging - $550

Up to 8 hours. For furnished homes of over 2,000 square feet or homes in need of more intensive work. This work is the same as with the half-day but on a larger scale. Full detail is spent in making every corner of your home buyer friendly.
